Using this site
Content, photography and text on this site belong to Socity Club and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Information about facilities, hours and events may change.
Enquiries and membership
Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a booking or a membership. Membership begins only when a written agreement is signed at the club and the fee is paid.
House rules
Please follow staff instructions, keep calls outside the training and recovery rooms, and use sauna and cold plunge only as posted. We may refuse or end access where conduct affects the safety or calm of the club.
Health and liability
Training, sauna and cold plunge carry risk. Please tell us about medical conditions and consult a doctor when in doubt. You use the facilities at your own responsibility; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
