Socity Club (Suadiye, Bağdat Caddesi No:459, Istanbul) processes personal data in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This notice explains what we collect and why.
Data we collect
Name, phone number, email address and the message you send when you submit an enquiry or membership form. For members, we additionally keep membership, billing and attendance records.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange a first visit, manage your membership and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent for enquiries, performance of the membership contract for members, and our legal obligations where record keeping is required.
Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with service providers who help us operate the club (hosting, messaging, accounting) and with public authorities where the law requires it. Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months; membership records are kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent and object to processing. Write to info@socityclub.com or call 444 41 79 and we will respond within the statutory period.
